The Daniel 11:22 War
Turkish propaganda outlet TRT World recently published an article titled, “The road to the New Middle East runs through Damascus.” It argued that Syria has “become a theatre where regional rivalries – involving actors such as Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Turkey and Iran – have become interwoven with international projects involving the US, Russia and China.” It added that the conflicts in the Middle East are related “to the emergence of a new global order.” Indeed, Syria will be the site of the Daniel 11:22 War, which leads to the end times and a Middle East controlled by the Antichrist. That’s right, control of Damascus will play an important role in the emergence of a new global order, one dominated by the Antichrist. Eventually, however, Damascus will be wiped off the map. During the Day of the Lord, God will destroy Damascus in a single day. In other words, things are only going to get worse for Syria.

Sheep/Goat nations
Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi has been dealing with protests in the past couple of weeks. Since these protests are related to economic austerity measures, he reinstated certain food subsidies to calm things down. Will the move work? It’s tough to say, but it’s unlikely that al-Sisi is going anywhere. After all, he’s a secular military strongman, which makes him the perfect candidate to be the King of the South in the end times.
According to Daniel 11, Egypt is the Antichrist’s biggest obstacle to taking over the Middle East and North Africa. The Antichrist, the King of the North in this passage, frequently does battle with the King of the South. This title refers to the ruler of Egypt. Daniel 11:25-26 prophesies that the Antichrist will attack Egypt and win. Daniel 11:27 suggests they talk about invading Israel, but nothing comes of it. They will make a truce of sorts, but it won’t last. After the Antichrist’s successful invasion of Israel, the King of the South will start some trouble. In response, the Antichrist will conquer much of the Middle East and North Africa, including Egypt. Judging from Isaiah 19:19-25, God will use this defeat to bring the Egyptians to repentance.
Isaiah prophesied that during the end times, the Egyptians, “will cry to the Lord because of oppressors, and He will send them a Savior and a Champion, and He will deliver them.” He added, “the Egyptians will know the Lord in that day.” The phrase “in that day” almost always refers to the end times, specifically the Day of the Lord. So, in the end, all Egyptians will follow Jesus. That’s awesome.
Satanism
A few days ago, an Arizona man was arrested for pouring hot water down his son’s throat to “rid the child of a demon.” The man suspected a demon after the boy had an “unnatural fit of rage.” Now, this child may have had a demonic affliction, but pouring water down someone’s throat isn’t how you cast out a demon. There’s only one way: commanding the demon to leave in the name of Jesus.
The process of deliverance involves pleading the blood of Jesus, binding the demon in Jesus’ name, commanding the evil spirit to be quiet and be still if it’s acting up and then ordering the demon to come out in the name of Jesus. Don’t ask the evil spirit for its name. This only draws out the process and the demon will probably just lie anyway. If the evil spirit appears to resist, tell it to speed up. If it starts acting up, tell it to be still and come out in Jesus’ name. Ideally, the afflicted person is delivered without any visible manifestations. Sometimes, demons are expelled through coughing or even vomiting. If the afflicted person is distressed, having difficulty breathing or something like that, cover them in the blood of Jesus, lay hands on them and command them to be at peace in Jesus’ name.

London = Babylon the Great?
The other day, Reuters reported that the British government “will end free movement” and introduce a “points-based immigration system once the country leaves the European Union.” Given that the British economy is going to boom once Britain leaves the EU, largely due to a free trade agreement with the United States, a merit-based system of immigration would naturally attract Europe’s top talent. Not only would European businesses flock to Britain to take advantage of tariff-free trade with the United States, but European workers would want to be a part of the United Kingdom’s labor market. This brain drain would increase tensions between the UK and Europe.
Just as a reminder, Babylon the Great is going to be an economic powerhouse and financial center. Consequently, it will rule “over the kings of the earth.” This creates resentment and allows the Antichrist to lead a coalition of ten rulers that destroys Babylon the Great. The ten kingdoms come out of Western Europe. In time, the Antichrist takes control of this ten-kingdom coalition and remove three of the rulers. They’ll then attack Babylon the Great together. Put differently, Europe’s resentment over Britain’s post-Brexit success is consistent with London being Babylon the Great.
That’s all for this week! Thanks for reading and Godspeed!
