The Daniel 11:22 War
In May, Libya’s internationally-recognized Government of National Accord took control of an air base near Tripoli. The Libyan National Army (LNA), led by strongman Khalifa Haftar, “pulled out of parts of Tripoli” in response. Haftar is supported by the United Arab Emirates, Egypt and Russia, while Turkey supports the GNA. According to a United Nation’s report, “Russian private military contractor Wagner Group has up to 1,200 people deployed in Libya to strengthen Haftar’s forces.” For its part, the GNA’s recent successes are due in part to “military help from Turkey.” Although Turkey and Russia have been trying to reach a compromise in Libya, as well as in Syria, Libya is still a mess.
Of course, it’s a safe bet that Russia will eventually get the upper hand. Most of Turkey’s natural gas imports come from Russia and the Turks have embraced Russia’s TurkStream pipeline project, making them more dependent than ever on the Russians. Turkey really can’t afford to go after the Russians in Syria or in Libya. Besides, Libya and much of Northwest Africa join the Antichrist in invading Israel during the end times.
Needless to say, trusting the Antichrist is a pretty stupid move. After successfully invading Israel, the Antichrist will begin conquering other countries. Libya will be one of those countries. Of course, the Antichrist is the leader of Russia in the end times. He’s going to conquer Egypt, Ethiopia and Libya, among other countries. Clearly, at some point, Russia will become the most influential foreign power in the Middle East and Africa. That rise to the top will begin with the Antichrist’s victory in the Daniel 11:22 War.
Sheep/Goat nations
The United States is done being the world’s policeman. With an energy-independent America gradually withdrawing from global affairs, the next several years are going to be a mad scramble for resources and influence amongst the world’s regional powers. Likewise, piracy is going to explode.
For example, a few weeks back, “Armed pirates attacked a British-flagged chemical tanker in the Gulf of Aden.” Fortunately, the pirates “were repulsed.” Yet, their attack is just a taste of what’s to come in a world without the US Navy protecting global shipping. After all, it occurred in “one of the most important trade routes for oil heading from the Middle East to Europe.” That’s how vulnerable resource extraction and transportation logistics are. That’s why several countries are getting into the policing business themselves.
A while back, the French pledged to head up “a European security alternative in the Strait of Hormuz.” France will oversee operations from its naval base in the United Arab Emirates, with the Netherlands and Denmark having already signed on to help. Japan planned to send naval forces to the Middle East to protect its vessels in the region because nearly all of their oil imports come from the Gulf. Meanwhile, South Korea intended to “expand the deployment of an anti-piracy unit now operating off the coast of Africa to the area around the Strait of Hormuz.” Without unrestricted access to the American market and without the US Navy to guarantee the safety of international shipping, get ready for a more chaotic world, in particular a more chaotic Middle East.
Satanism
Just as a reminder, the Vatican only cares about power and money. Recently, John L. Allen Jr. reported, “The Vatican is moving full-steam ahead in its courtship of Beijing, with the ultimate prize remaining full diplomatic relations, a secure legal standing for the church, and partnerships on the global stage.” He explained that the Vatican is “covetous of a relationship with China, and often apparently willing to stifle objections and give away a great deal.” By the way, the Chinese Communist Party is one of the most evil and antichristian institutions in the world.
In fact, in 2018, China “implemented sweeping rules on religious practices, adding more requirements for religious groups and barring unapproved organisations from engaging in any religious activity.” In addition, the Chinese Communist Party planned to produce a “new state translation of the Bible.” Theoretically, any so-called Christian organization would have a problem with this. That said, it’s not surprising that the Vatican doesn’t care.
Its leader, Pope Francis, believes the Cross was a failure. No joke, he once encouraged Christians to “remember that we are followers of Jesus Christ and his life, humanly speaking, ended in failure, the failure of the cross.” He also rejects the bodily resurrection of Christ and denies the deity of Christ. This same man believes that Muslims “worship the one God, living and merciful, and call upon Him in prayer.” He has also confusingly claimed, “God is not a divine being or a magician, but the Creator who brought everything to life.” It’s obvious to anyone paying attention that Pope Francis is a false prophet. Could he be the False Prophet prophesied in Revelation? Time will tell.
London = Babylon the Great?
In May, Reuters reported, “Britain and the United States both have “high ambition” to reach agreement on services, investment and digital trade as part of bilateral trade talks that began this month.” Prime Minister Boris Johnson has prioritized signing a trade deal with the United States, while President Trump has repeatedly said that he looks forward to a bilateral trade deal with the United Kingdom. This deal will likely feature tariff-free movement of goods both ways. If such an agreement were signed, European companies would flock to the UK to get tariff-free access to the US market. In the same way, US companies would have tariff-free access to the European Union by shipping to the UK.
Sure, the EU could impose tariffs on the UK, but they wouldn’t risk a trade war with the US. This means a true free trade agreement between the British and the Americans seems probable. Without question, this would turn the UK into Europe’s biggest economy again. This is significant because Babylon the Great is the financial center of the world’s economy and a global trading hub. All things considered, don’t be surprised if there’s a post-virus economic boom in the UK.
That’s all for this week! Thanks for reading and Godspeed!
